We strive to continuously improve our overall knowledge, skill, understanding and competence to guarantee we meet our clients’ needs. In order to achieve this we ensure that our staff are trained in, and fully aware of, the most up-to-date industry standards. Thus as a business we are ABPI Code aware and we are compliant with the BHBIA guidelines which include the Legal and Ethical Guidelines and Adverse Event Reporting. Our research and data capture teams are all trained to be aware of their obligations under the ABPI Code and to adhere to the guidelines of Adverse Event Reporting.

At present Binley’s has a team of key staff who deal directly with client project work including market research and list building projects who are BHBIA certified. As a whole we feel that this helps maintain our high work ethic and fulfils our duties and responsibilities that are set out under the current regulatory guidelines and legislation. One of our continuous goals is for Binley’s staff to complete the Wellards Diploma on the NHS. At present over half of our staff have been fully accredited in the widely recognised qualification and many others are working towards their Diploma. A revalidation course is taken annually by accredited staff which refreshes knowledge; however, Binley’s is always aware of current changes and what is happening in the NHS and we pride ourselves on having a comprehensive overview of clinical information. This in turn helps us know how this will affect our pharmaceutical clients, which means we can provide frequent and valuable knowledge and updates to our customers.

Our sales and marketing portfolio includes market intelligence services, ETMS & CRM database management integration, sales management solutions, market research, healthcare databases and mailing fulfilment services.  Recently launched SRi+ powered by Binley’s, a practice intelligence tool that combines TNS SRi practice sales information with Binley’s syndicated call and accessibility data.
