Binley's announced as BOBI Award Finalist 2013-14 for Excellence in Sales Force Effectiveness and Commercial Analysis
The joint entry from Binley's and pharmaceutical client, Amgen, has been shortlisted for the prestigious industry Awards for its entry ‘The New NHS: CCGs and organisational segmentation'. Shelley Jessop, Business Development Director for Research at Binley's lead the team and worked collaboratively with Amgen to deliver the project. The entry focused on a research project that Binley's had carried out for Amgen in 2013 to help them identify and prioritise key NHS organisations and inform the future shape and size of their sales teams. The brief was to define unique segmentation and prioritisation criteria spanning multiple brands for a complex and evolving UK health and social care landscape.
The BOBI Awards (Best of Business Intelligence), specific to healthcare, give professionals in the industry the opportunity to gain peer recognition for excellence in business intelligence, market research and sales/research analytics. Binley's won the same category Award in 2011-12, for which it gained a lot of positive PR and added a huge amount of credibility to Binley's customer intelligence and insight offering. The increased interest in Binley's research, as a result of winning that Award, is what led Binley's to create a dedicated customer research offering as part of its newly-formed Marketing Services group.
