Binley’s are currently able to offer three vacancies for this role (2 permanent and a 6 month maternity cover contract) in our Research Team. The successful applicant will assist in telephone research and data entry for projects on behalf of the UK’s top 10 Pharmaceutical companies.
To apply you will need 5 GCSEs A-C grade including English and Maths or equivalent. You will be a results orientated individual who remains calm and professional under pressure and be hard working and resilient. You will possess good communication skills both written and oral with the ability to build effective working relationships. Be organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and have an eye for detail.
It is essential to have previous experience of outbound calling and to possess excellent keyboard skills, as the job will involve extensive telephone communication coupled with the handling of data held on a database, where accuracy is of a high importance.
Also desirable but not essential is to be competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel. It would also be an advantage to have previous experience of dealing with bespoke research projects and have some knowledge of the UK Healthcare market and its structure.
