Isn't selling data a bit boring?

Well it would be if that's all we did but we've moved on significantly from just being a data provider. We now focus much more on customer insight and intelligence, business analytics, healthcare mapping and reporting. Some of our pharma clients may be surprised to know just how much we can offer them. One of my key responsibilities is to ensure that they find out.

What is Binley's doing about the NHS changes?

We're keeping on top of them and reflecting them in our products and services where appropriate. For example, we'verecently launched a new consortia tracker in response to client needs. One of the benefits of working closely with the NHS is that we are often the first to hear about new changes and initiatives. This allows us to communicate this information directly and accurately to our clients in a timely fashion. We're not in the business of speculating, we're in the business of reporting reality. We want our clients to be confident about the strategic decisions they make when they use our services.

So what's new at Binley's?

Well, definitely not data! To be honest, we've always got something new going on at Binley's. We pride ourselves in developing our products and services in line with the changing needs of our clients. That's why we've moved on from just being a data provider because our client's now expect, and rely on, a different level of information from us. There's more to Binley's than meets the eye so the best way to find out what's new is to give us a call.
